Montclair State University uses a modular talent acquisition process to address the full range of positions the University needs to recruit: adjuncts, civil service employees, faculty/librarians, managers, professional staff, students and temporary/third party contractors. The talent acquisition process is modular in that recruiting and hiring actions are assigned based on the classification of the position a unit needs to fill.
